Hello

Hello, I’m Lynda
I’m so glad you’re here.
I walk alongside women as they return to themselves—through grief, trauma, transitions, and awakening. As a qualified social worker, I bring over 20 years of experience in body-based work, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. My approach is grounded in holistic therapies, deep listening, and the belief that healing unfolds in its own time.
Weave & Bloom is a space to be held, witnessed, and gently guided home to your wholeness.

The Story Behind Weave & Bloom

Lynda combines personal experience and over 20 years of practice to offer a transformative, holistic approach that honours every part of the self. Her work is shaped by formal training and deep community experience in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander regions, enriching her understanding of healing, story, and connection.

Rooted in trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, body-based work, and birth practices, Lynda creates space for authentic healing—meeting each person where they are, with respect and patience.

Central to her work is She Who Returns, a framework honouring the layered self and the journey of remembering and reclaiming your power. Lynda supports you to reconnect with your voice, wisdom, and wholeness.

At Weave & Bloom, you are seen, held, and guided to bloom in your own time and rhythm—nourishing every part of your being to arrive fully as yourself.

Weave and Bloom acknowledges the Traditional Owners of unceded Country throughout Australia and their enduring cultural practices and connections to land, waters, skies, and community. Always was, always will be Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land.

We pay deep respect to Elders past and present, and to emerging leaders who stand on the shoulders of their ancestral giants.

Weave and Bloom also acknowledges all persons who are seeking to belong — those walking paths of healing, reclaiming, and becoming — and honours the stories, identities, and lineages they carry.
